About Me

With over 20 years of experience in meditation, mindfulness, and non-profit leadership, I offer a grounded, compassionate approach to helping individuals and communities thrive. My journey began with years of work alongside Tibetan and Himalayan communities, which inspired my studies in meditation and Buddhist philosophy. That foundation continues to shape my teaching—rooted in ancient wisdom traditions, yet research-based and accessible to everyone.

I am a certified instructor in Mindfulness in Schools (MiSP) and SEE Learning (Social, Emotional, and Ethical Learning), and I teach Cognitively-Based Compassion Training (CBCT®) developed at Emory University. I collaborate with schools, universities, community centers, and organizations to design mindfulness programs that support well-being, emotional regulation, and meaningful connection.

My teaching style is practical, engaging, and tailored to each group. I listen carefully to the needs of participants and create programs that help them flourish. Whether introducing mindfulness to a classroom, fostering resilience in a work team, or guiding individuals toward more balanced living, my goal is to make mindfulness approachable, meaningful, and transformative.
