About Me
With over two decades of experience in meditation, mindfulness, and non-profit leadership, I bring a grounded, compassionate approach to helping individuals and communities thrive. My journey began through many years of work with Tibetan and Himalayan communities, which led me to study meditation and Buddhist philosophy internationally. That experience continues to shape my teaching—rooted in wisdom traditions, yet accessible to everyone.
I’m a certified instructor in Mindfulness in Schools (MiSP) and SEE Learning (Social, Emotional, and Ethical Learning), and I teach Cognitively-Based Compassion Training (CBCT®) developed at Emory University. I collaborate with schools, universities, community centers, and organizations to create mindfulness-based programs that support well-being, emotional regulation, and connection.
My teaching style is practical and engaging, blending contemplative insight with real-world application. I enjoy getting to know each group I work with—listening to their needs and designing programs that help them flourish. Whether it’s introducing mindfulness to a classroom, supporting a work team’s resilience, or guiding individuals toward more balanced living, my goal is to make mindfulness approachable, meaningful, and transformative.
I currently lead mindfulness and well-being programs for a range of communities and organizations, including schools, non-profits, and businesses. I’m also part of The Harbour School community, where I serve on the PSG and lead an afterschool mindfulness program for students.
