I am a certified ADHD coach, trained social emotional learning (SEL) educator, and an ADHD parent, raising an ADHD child.
I combine lived experience with practical, research-based strategies to help adults, children, educators and families to develop tools and techniques to enable neurodivergent individuals to thrive.
ADHD Coaching has been shown to reduce stress and increase overall well being for neurodivergent children and adults. I am passionate about helping clients find tools and strategies that work for them and supporting clients in putting these tools to work in their day to day lives.

Coaching is individually tailored to meet the needs of the client. No 2 brains function alike, therefore personalized coaching allows us to select goals that meet your needs.

Flexible, expert advice tailored to the needs of the individual or family. I offer help with daily routines, homework, test preparation and emotional regulation.
Although tailored to the needs of each client, support often involves a combination of skill building in the areas of executive functioning (focus, planning, follow through) and emotional regulation.
